Sightings from Matt and Charly Potter

Today, Saturday 2nd, the first of the Willow Warblers were Warbling in Ystumtuen. At least 4 and one was flitting aroung the trees next to our garden. Also of note, at least 5 Yellowhammers calling and a superb Song Thrush sings his heart out morning and night. The first Skylark of the year was singing over fields nearby.
Recently we have seen the Kestrel back on the Henrhiew, Sand Martins in Cwm Rheidol and Chiffchaff in several locations. And a Tony Cross in a layby checking on his Red Kite nests on the way back from checking our nests!
