Sue and I were having a constitutional @Ynyslas today in glorious weather(miracle) , when we witnessed the extraordinary sight of 5-600 Sand Martins sitting on the SAND!!! and occasionally erupting for a quick flit round the flats-never seen owt like it...odd?
My 600 couldn't cope with the numbers , but you get the idea on a small scale.
