Was interested in David Felinfach's account of Starling arrival - I saw large flocks in the fields in the Synod Inn, Talgarreg, Banc Sion Quilt area yesterday afternoon (Wed 26th, 14.30). Haven't been out that way for 10 days - when there were very few about.
