Got a phonecall at 3.45pm this afternoon from a friend who was watching a Hoopoe in his garden in Trefechan. As he was speaking to me it flipped over the hedge to next door, then flew down-river towards the harbour. I've been to have a wander around the area but no sign of it again. (The strong wind and misty drizzle probably mean it's favouring sheltered gardens!).
Worth keeping an eye out for - perhaps around the fields at the base of Pendinas? or Consti?
