There's a warning in the blurb that goes with the drugs I'm currently taking about possible side effects, so when I saw a donkey walking towards me on the Foel this afternoon I thought "No I'm hallucinating, it's an imaginary donkey." But Buster isn't on drugs and he saw it too!
It turns out that the two ladies (mother and daughter) with Chico are walking him right around Wales, and why not....
Before we bumped into them, amongst other birds we saw a lovely male Stonechat and an equally handsome Whinchat. No females, perhaps they're on eggs.
Cuckoo heard but not seen. Springwatch cameraman seen but not heard.
