Another Hobby

I see a couple of Hobbies have been seen over the w/end. I saw another an hour ago at Gorrig near Llandysul flying with or maybe at a group of Swallows. What could these birds be? Undiscovered breeders? Non-breeders? Birds from somewhere else that have dispersed or are passing through?
