redwings

I was near Slimbridge on Thurs and Fri watching loads of Redwing flying NE into berry and ash trees along the Sharpness-Gloucs canal at dusk and again early in the morning.  This afternoon on the eastern edge of Cors Caron there were small (20-50) flocks of  Redwing flying from the south into the trees along the railway line.  I thought it odd.
