The three of us were back there for this morning's high tide when there was a good variety and number of birds: 620 Dunlin, 24 Golden Plovers plus 100 or so overhead with what Bob reckoned was a Curlew Sandpiper, 13 Ringed Plovers, 9 Knot, 6 Grey Plovers, 4 Sanderling, 1 Turnstone, a few Sandwich Terns and two parties of Swallows, totalling around 50, heading south.
