The warm early October sun encouraged us back into the garden to dine alfresco at lunchtime today. Not only was the company and the lunch most enjoyable but the whole experience was taken to another height by Eddie putting in an appearance.Although he was not welcomed by the local crows ,he managed to hang around long enough for us all to have a good look at him before being sent on his way!Also there's one less wood pigeon around since this morning as a Peregrine depatched it in style it seems.The spectacle was observed from the garden ,thanks again to the weather!
