Stormy conditions having subsided ,the feeding station was busy with 12 long tail tits a great spotted woodpecker and the usual blue ,great and coal tits demolishing the sunflower kernels like there's no tomorrow.The spectacle was over in seconds with birds vanishing as the predator demonstrated such agility and speed.This time she failed to get her quarry ,the woodpecker will be back again tomorrow.Within minutes the first back on the feeder was a great tit and the frenzy continued as though the attack had never happened.
