First time to walk this beach for well over a year. A few changes!
The very few waders that were about were constantly being disturbed by parties of horse riders, joggers, running/barking dogs, swimmers, paddlers, surfers. Not to mention the odd birder. As we left around 14.00 the numbers of people had increased due to the sun coming out I suppose.
A few (four) Ringed Plover, Sanderling (16), Oystercatcher (three). Also two juvenile Wheatears on the Ynyslas turn carpark wall. Gradually making their way south I guess.
