juv meds and one legged herring gull

I posted pics of a one-legged herring gull at Ynys Las on 24/09/14, ringed on right leg with left leg severed, so I wonder if its the same one?
We read the ring as GR06526 but I can't remember getting a reply from Euring.

At llanon south there were these immaculate juv Meds with one gaining a grey feather already.  For comparison there were 5 juv Black headed Gulls also looking very smart and strange given that we don't see too many juveniles.
