Coed Dolgoed migrants & deer

At least 3 male pied flycatchers calling and 2 blackcap singing in the upper wood. Good numbers of willow warbler in with the chiffchaff now and a swallow over. Best of all this morning was a close encounter with 2 roe deer; buck & a doe at the quarry in the open 30m away, slowly walking along the edge, side on to me and stopped to face me a few times before bounding off in to the tree line and bramble.
