Denmark Farm

Aline will be leading the field trip there on Saturday. I was doing a survey there today and plenty to see and hear. The birds often seem a little easier to see at DF than at some locations, so a good chance to get to grips with all those songs and calls. Summer migrants, inc Pied Flycatchers were present. Reed Bunting and Tree Pipit were also in song. Though both have bred previously I didn't record them in 2012 when I last surveyed the site. Finally, a pair of Willow Tits were very approachable.
