Llanerchaeron and Cross Inn Forest yesterday

Overcast with a rolling mist covering the treetops and light drizzle at Llanerchaeron this morning. Highlights of 27 species were Little Grebe feeding only three chicks now and two Moorhens each with a chick in tow.
Also seen, Willow Warbler, Swallow, Bullfinch, Grey Heron and Nuthatch.
Later at Cross Inn, 23 species included seven Crossbills, Spotted Flycatcher, Chiffchaff, Willow Warbler, Whitethroat, Lesser Redpoll and Siskin.
