King Eider, Wednesday

I finally managed to catch up with it on Wednesday during low tide. The bird first roosted on the sandbank on the opposite side of the Dyfi, as the tide turned it went into the river to do some feeding. It was very tame and happily came within 10m of us. Also present was a Great Crested Grebe and four Chough flew inland when we got back to the car.
