Whimbrel

There were two Whimbrel near the boatyard on the rising tide at Ynyslas this morning, and near the tern posts were 40 Ringed Plover and 17 Dunlin, some in breeding plumage.
A Great Crested Grebe was in the estuary and two Sandwich Terns off Borth.
