Cors Caron yesterday

Paul Bennett and I enjoyed a gloriously sunny morning around the boardwalk area. Raptors included a Sparrowhawk, a northward bound Osprey and a couple of Hobbies, which treated us to a display of aerobatics.
Displaying Lapwings, bubbling Curlew and a persistently calling Cuckoo added to the atmosphere. We eventually saw the Cuckoo near the hide, where a Tree Pipit was one of the few small birds in evidence.
