Still plenty of waders passing through Ynyslas: the rising tide brought 270 Dunlin, 65 Ringed Plover, four Turnstones, a Whimbrel and a Curlew Sandpiper to the tern posts area.
A lovely warm and calm morning, with just a few dog-walkers, all friendly with well-behaved dogs.
PS John also paid a visit to Ynyslas this morning after I left, and got the Whimbrel: probably the last one of the spring.
