Aberystwyth waders and auks

After several hours of having no internet access I was interested to see John's post below.  There were two Lapwings on the outer rocks at Castle Point this morning, which only flew off shortly before the rocks became covered by the rising tide.  Presumably the same birds, as I cannot ever recall seeing Lapwings here in June before.
Also, a party of 10 Dunlin flew north and good numbers of auks around.  At least four Guillemots and 12 Razorbills, plus ca 20 more distant auks flying north.
