Velvets and Scaup off Borth/Ynyslas

There were two 1st-winter drake Velvet Scoters close in off the Borth toilet block this morning. Further out from the toilet block were 3 Scaup (a drake and two females). There was a Lesser Black-Backed Gull at Borth also, which is quite a scarce winter bird round here it seems. A quick scan off the Yynslas turn carpark produced the 4 regular Velvet Scoters, so 6 birds in total.
