Ynyslas vismig

Some interesting movement this morning at the point. 20 Meadow Pipits, 6 alba Wagtails, 104 Black-headed Gulls and 37 Starlings flew north. 17 Curlews, 5 Shelducks and 120 Wigeon came in off the sea and into the estuary. It crossed my mind that these birds might be coming across from Ireland. There were also some local wader movements with a flock of 50 Dunlin and 4 Grey Plovers flying north out of the estuary and 4 Bar-tailed Godwits flying south.   https://www.trektellen.org/count/view/2143/20190301
