Sightings from Chris Bird

Yesterday there were three pairs of Tufted Ducks on Llyn Eiddwen.
Today on Nanteos Pool, three, possibly four pairs of Little Grebes.  Later, in the early evening sunshine the lower slopes of Pendinas were alive with birds, all the usual warblers singing and a Lesser Whitethroat which wasn't.
Pick of the migrants was a Whinchat, which flew across and ended up near where the recent Ring Ouzel was seen.
