Some interesting sightings from Chris Bird today. A Wheatear on the road out of Penrhyncoch, followed by a party of 10 Mistle Thrushes, then at the little parking area by Llyn Pendam, dozens of Meadow Pipits and a Pied Flycatcher. Chris and I agreed that it is unusual to see Pied Flycatcher so late in the summer.
Chris also had a good July count of five Turnstones at Aberystwyth on Monday.
