High tide this morning fairly quiet, the highlight an osprey very low over the river which put up everything. 22 goosander a high count for me here. Other birds included 5 little egret, 3 curlew and 4 common sandpiper. 9 cormorants in the trees at Domen las.
A circular trip through the forestry up above Blaen Einion produced 6 crossbills, good numbers of meadow pipits and stonechats, and 2 linnets on Coronwen. Only raptors were buzzards and a couple of red kites.
