Paul Bennett and I went for the high tide at Ynyslas today. On a breezy afternoon the waders were hunkered down among the rocks at the point but we found a Knot and a Sanderling among moderate numbers of Dunlin and Ringed Plover.
Anther 15 Sanderling and a Turnstone on the beach on the way back to the car.
P.S. Bob had a Knot in off the sea near the brick house at Ynyslas on Wednesday.
