Over the years, some blog readers may have come across Peter Hope Jones on
their birding or cetacean watching travels. I worked with him on a few
occasions in the mid 1980's which sent me off on a long and varied wildlife
journey. It was with some sadness then that this obituary was brought to my
notice earlier today.
