Small wader

Arfon has pointed out that the small wader at Llanrhystud is a juvenile Dunlin and I agree.
Dunlin are very variable in size, the smallest ones hardly bigger than a stint. Yesterday when I was at Llanrhysttud three very large and long-billed Dunlin flew in and my first impression was Curlew Sandpipers.
