A brief visit to the eastern bank of the Leri near the railway bridge yesterday afternoon produced umpteen Canada geese, several skylark, redshank, red kite, grey heron and outstanding views of a great white egret. Never realised they were quite that big!
This morning in the mists of Talybont, a very early willow warbler called
faintly and briefly. Could be wrong with this but who knows these days?
