On my way to Ynis-hir this morning a Barn Owl flew over the car just north of Llanrhystud. At Ynis-hir from the Marian Mawr hide I was surprised to see a female Marsh Harrier sitting on a mud bank in the middle of the estuary even more surprised when it was put up by an Otter ambling along. Other birds: 3 Great Egrets, a Peregrine, 206 Barnacle Geese, and a Great Crested Grebe amongst others.
