Year listing on the Teifi Estuary and river today with Mark Norris. Added 12 bird species to my year list. Grey Heron, Meadow Pipit, Wood Pigeon, Greenshank, Common Gull, Wren, Great White Egret, Little Egret, Godwit(3), Snipe, Cetti's Warbler and Rook(Tesco's car park). Going back to the Snipe; we recorded 51 in the reeds the other side of the Teifi, from the Curlew Hide, and another 9 from the Creek Hide. Mark also found a Water Rail(when I wasn't looking 🥺). Other birds of note were Little Grebe, Redshank, Reed Bunting(m), Goldeneye(an adult female and a first winter male).
