304 were at Llansantffraed this morning, hawking insects with Black-headed Gulls, low over one of the coastal fields. The Meds chose to settle and rest for a while and so Meurig and I could count them but there were plenty of gulls flying around both to the north and east and so there may well have been more Meds amongst them.
