6 Purple Sandpipers, including these 3, could be seen at Aberystwyth this morning and I finally caught up with a male Black Redstart on the Old College.
Later, at Ynyslas Turn, around 400 Common Scoters were far offshore, some Red-throated Divers were much closer and the nearest birds were a couple of Black-throated Divers.
Nearby at the estuary were the 4 dark-bellied Brent Geese.
