Two birds fledged at the weekend leaving three and yesterday (Monday) ‘Independence Day’ of course at 7.15 pm the last remaining bird fledged the nest, five in all. Congratulations to my friend Gordon who had temporarily relinquished the use of his beloved shed (I don’t know what he gets up to in there?) during the last few weeks.
