I was at Cors Caron early this evening and off the south end of the boardwalk, a female hen harrier disturbed a hundred or so mallard and a few teal. A snipe flew away from the area too. From the bird hide another ringtail was hunting further north. Other birds of interest were a cormorant, willow tit, half a dozen chiffchaff and willow warbler in the scrub and a meadow pipit.
Also the eagle was over the north end of Cors Caron and later high above Maesllyn and the heronry with a buzzard. It's being seen here regularly now
