Driving down the lane to the shore car park at Llanon this afternoon a Merlin dashed low over the hedges. Soon after, I watched it moving from post to post at the edge of the fields, no doubt eyeing-up the many Skylarks feeding there.
Like Bob, my one Brambling is still to be seen in my garden at Trisant.
