Can only add that today after Bob and Harry had moved on a large(several hundred)flock of golden plover appeared from the fields between the boatyard and the houses to join 30+ ringed plover and few dunlin. A pale bellied Brent Goose was paddling about just beyond the saltings.
I never thought that I would watch a golden eagle pass below me whilst ploughing through some over-due ironing but Eddie seems to like Cors Caron and the resident nesters are getting uppity again so he is being hassled by crows who are sitting and kites who mostly are not!
