Unfortunately Red is unable to lead tomorrow due to a severe cold so I will be showing you the way!
It will be at least 3 miles and mostly good underfoot but the final optional section up the Mwyro a short way is very wet and there are a few hundred yards on a narrow hillslope. Good idea to bring soup or coffee and, unless it deluges, the valley is looking every bit the AONB that it hasn't been designated!
