Thrush passage at Cwm Einion

Great views of some numbers of Fieldfare passing through and heading up Cwm Einion. At least a couple of hundred in half an hour yesterday, along with a few Redwing and the occasional mistle thrush. Previous day it was numbers (10s) of blackbirds. Also a few finches and the odd starling!

Woodcock on Foel Fawr as well, so I guess there are quite a few about now.

Had a look for a G G Shrike at Blaen Einion last week, habitat looks good and been rumoured in past years, nothing found/seen.
