First Sand Martins

Two Sand Martins over Maes Llyn late this afternoon. The Wigeon are gone and a lone Tufted Duck ruled the lake. The Great Tits, Chaffinches and Goldfinches at the bird feeders had a lucky escape as a Sparrowhawk misjudged distance and had a bit of a rough encounter with the tree. Happy World Sparrow Day!
