Penrhiwllan round-up Part 2

I thought this is of some interest, this fellow appeared at our back porch and kitchen window on Thursday last week then again yesterday morning while Ian was watching the marsh tits, (sorry Ian you had gone before I could get round to see you).

We have now also had breeding success with the following in the garden;
Siskin
Jay
Magpie
Wood Pigeon
Song Thrush

But still no sign of any young Coal Tits, Nuthatch's, Wrens or Bullfinches (there are a pair at the feeders daily).

The Marsh tits are with us all year except for breeding, they stay in the garden using the feeders and then come the beginning of April they disappear and then turn up again in early July, this has happen every since we have been here over 10 years, the same seems to happen with the Longtailed Tits, they leave a bit later and come back later.

The dipper in the photo spent time feeding on the car I am not sure if he or she thought it was a patch of water, being blue or just lost and hungry.
