Not the result of holiday overindulgence. I've spent the last two mornings exploring a footpath that runs just outside the western edge of Cors Caron. Yesterday I parked at Swyddffynon. I'd scarcely left the village when a Willow Tit started calling. Singles were also present before and after Bryn Isaf and at Ynys y Bont. When I returned to the village 2 Swifts were overhead. This morning I tried tackling the same path from the south, parking at Rhos Fulbrook NR. A pair of Willow Tits were at the old mill. Three more were at two locations below Llwyn Gwyniau, along the Cors Caron reserve boundary.
